The reason that many people can benefit from a 7 day wellbeing program, is that often the thinking part of our minds is so strong that we need the discipline of a new routine. It is like a rocket trying to take off and needing an extra boost to escape the gravitational field of the Earth.
When you are a beginner, you need a small amount of time (5 mins) completed regularly for a consistent number of days in order to learn how to relax the mind and gain awareness of your own calm centre.
Take on the 7 Day Calming Down Challenge to learn effective techniques that empower and strengthen you. You will discover exercises for calming the mind, relaxing the body and improving wellbeing. It is like the booster rockets on the side of the larger rocket that provides enough thrust to get you going and moving in the right direction.
When you sign up, you will get access to 7 different audio files, one for each day. It is then up to you to work out a good start day and time of day that is going to work around your schedule. Each track is around 5 mins so they don't take long and just need your attention and your discipline each day to sit down each and listen.
